What we collect

Your name, email address, venue details, and the events you add. If you connect a Google Calendar, we read its events to show them on your site — that’s all we do with it. If fans join your email list through your site’s signup form, we store those addresses on your behalf: the list is yours to download, we never send email to it, and we never use it ourselves.

How we use it

To run your site and your account. We don’t sell your information. Ever.

Cookies

One sign-in cookie so the dashboard knows it’s you, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on seranado.com itself (see Analytics below). Your public venue site doesn’t set our cookies for visitors.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on seranado.com to understand how people find and use this site — page views, rough traffic sources, and anonymized recordings of how pages get used, nothing that identifies you personally to us. If a venue connects its own Google Analytics, Google’s terms apply on that venue’s site and the data goes to the venue’s account, not ours. We never load our analytics on venue sites.

Deleting your data

Email hello@seranado.com and we’ll delete your account and everything in it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll post the update on this page.
